Case Manager, Kimberly Cutting chose to work in the field of personal injury because she feels strongly “that people who are victims of another’s negligence need a voice. Most individuals have not been through this process before, and they need support to move forward with their lives.” She has been a paralegal for 25 years, proving herself to be diplomatic and tactful with clients, sensitive to cultural differences, deadline-oriented, patient, and talented at creating a congenial team environment. Clients have often commented on her ability to listen and provide emotional support through the claims process, and she looks forward to helping each of them. In the past, Kimberly has served on the Board of Families and Friends of Victims of Violent Crime. Kimberly has also worked as a hospice volunteer. She also served as an adjunct faculty member at Edmonds Community College teaching litigation. Quarterly, she volunteers preparing brunches for individuals residing at Evan’s House, a supportive living facility for the chronically mentally ill, many of whom have problems with substance abuse, homelessness, and stays in jail and psychiatric hospitals. |
